End-to-End Business Transformation with Odoo Enterprise v18

End-to-End Business Transformation with Odoo Enterprise v18

Antares, a leading brewery in Argentina, reached a critical point in its operational evolution. As the company continued to grow, its administrative and industrial processes required greater control, traceability, and access to reliable real-time information to support strategic decision-making.

Operating on Odoo v11 — a version that no longer supported its scale and complexity — Antares decided not to pursue a simple upgrade, but instead to implement a full transformation. The goal was to rebuild its management processes from the ground up, standardize operations, and establish a scalable, efficient, and data-driven organization.

Challenges

Before the project, Antares faced several operational limitations that directly impacted efficiency and visibility:

  • Manual reporting across multiple Excel files
  • Uncertainty around electronic invoicing within the ERP
  • Outsourced accounting with limited visibility
  • Lack of traceability in purchasing and inventory processes
  • Disorganized master data
  • Misconfigured roles and access permissions

The company needed to evolve from a fragmented operational model into a centralized, reliable, and scalable system aligned with best practices.

Objectives

The main goals of the project were focused on enabling long-term growth and operational excellence:

  • Modernize the technology platform with Odoo Enterprise v18
  • Standardize and reorganize critical business processes
  • Centralize real-time information for decision-making
  • Strengthen internal controls and traceability
  • Reduce manual work and operational risk
  • Ensure strong user adoption across the organization

Project Approach

Nybble Group executed a full ERP implementation based on a structured, business-oriented methodology.

The project began with a comprehensive functional assessment, allowing processes to be redesigned following Odoo standards and industry best practices.
The system was then configured according to Antares’ real operations, key users were trained, and end-to-end testing was performed on critical workflows before go-live.

This approach not only modernized the technology stack, but also transformed internal processes and prepared the company for future scalability.

The solution was built on Odoo Enterprise v18, positioning the ERP as a central platform for control, operations, and decision-making.

Results

Antares successfully went live with Odoo Enterprise v18, supported by Nybble Group during the transition and initial operation phase.

As a result, the company achieved:

  • More structured, transparent, and controlled processes
  • Reliable data for decision-making
  • Significant reduction in manual tasks
  • Strong user adoption across teams
  • Reinforced internal controls aligned with best practices

Antares recognized the implementation as a successful project, highlighting not only the technical improvements but also the organizational transformation achieved.
