Our Spotlight Series initiative was born from a desire to show the world how proud we are of the uniqueness of each person who makes up our incredible team. In this third edition, it was Francisco Donnetta's turn, Fran .
Fran is part of our Talent area, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. "People looking for people," he describes, laughing.
He was born and raised in Sunchales, Santa Fe. After finishing school, he moved to Córdoba City to pursue a degree in International Relations at the university.
Once he graduated, Fran decided to look for job opportunities on his school's job board. He came across a job posting for the largest e-commerce company in Argentina, which needed help with a migration between platforms.
Fran was always curious about technology-related topics , which led him to acquire knowledge of SQL, even though it wasn't related to his academic background. It was this orientation that led him to attract those recruiting for the aforementioned position. Through this role, he discovered that the tech world was a space in which he was interested in developing.
After her contract ended, she began searching for a new role. Unsure of her future, but with a specific area of interest, she decided to join the Talent Pool of some companies that had it active at the time. A major company specializing in software development and staff augmentation.
This company had an onboarding process in which candidates were assessed on various skills to find a good fit. The person who guided him through the process suggested that, thanks to his charisma and communication skills, he could become a good recruiter . He found it an interesting challenge and, after a few weeks of training, he took on the role.
In 2021, a Nybbler met him and felt he was the right person for the Talent Acquisition Specialist position available at our company. Fran listened attentively to his proposal, and weeks later, she became a Nybbler herself.
While his foundation was his social skills , over time Fran gained experience, perfecting his selection criteria and establishing himself as a recruiter - which goes far beyond filling vacancies.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Nybble, Fran is responsible for the selection and hiring process. He pays special attention to building a positive candidate experience through interviews and follow-up. He ensures that professionals align not only with clients' operational needs, but also with their cultural needs.
