Through Spotlight Series, we're dedicated to showcasing the stories, experiences, and lessons learned by our amazing team. We aim to highlight diverse paths that inspire our community and emphasize how the unique value each Nybbler brings to Nybble is truly unique. remarkable .

On this occasion, we chatted with Constanza Bujan , our People Manager, A professional who combines empathy and strategy to transform the way we experience working at Nybble. Her story reflects how curiosity, a passion for people, and a commitment to growth can forge a unique path within the world of Human Resources.

It all began when she had to choose a university degree. At that time, Coty already had a keen interest in human relations, but also a desire to develop her career in the business world. The options she considered belonged to very different fields: on the one hand, there was psychology, and on the other, business administration.

A vocational guidance process led her towards humanities careers, and the option of Human Resources . Then a figure with experience in the area arrived, who told her about her professional path and helped her make the final decision: to enroll in the Bachelor's Degree in HR.

During her first years at university, she had her first work experiences: first in retail, then teaching English to children. About halfway through her degree, she began an internship at a world-leading glass manufacturing company.

At the end of her internship, she was offered a permanent position, which she accepted with excitement. "I worked in very large companies where the human resources teams were quite small. So I had the opportunity to experience all the sub-areas and verticals," she recalls.

After becoming a mother for the first time and completing her university studies, Coty decided to step away from the corporate world and join a family-run small business. "It was a different kind of challenge, understanding a business strategy much more from the inside. Not just from a human resources perspective, but having the whole picture," she explains.

A few years later, she decided to return to the corporate world. An opportunity arose at a major paint manufacturing and marketing company, where she focused on "the hard side of human resources, leading all the administrative processes in the area."

Upon returning from maternity leave for her second child, she was offered a role in training and development, more focused on soft skills. There, she witnessed significant changes within the company, which led her to reconsider her career path.

"Having gone through all those experiences, I realized that for my professional development I didn't choose the big corporation. And so I chose to start down a consulting path," he recounts.

Coty highlights the "speed with which ideas can be translated into results" in the startup world, "provided you have the responsibility, commitment, and direction . What I like most is being part of the creation. Not just being an executor of someone else's idea, but being involved in the concept, understanding the why and the wherefore of what we are doing ."

His joining Nybble was with a clear medium-term objective: to find a leader for the Human Resources area. The project had an estimated duration of six months, but things changed a lot between the planned schedule and actual development. We're talking about 2020, when, during the pandemic, Nybble began to experience growth that far exceeded expectations.

After those six months, they offered her a job, and she didn't hesitate to accept. "We chose each other," Coty recalls. Having achieved her initial goal, she dedicated herself to developing everything related to employee experience. To do it in the best way possible, she trained in that field and innovation in human resources.

As time passed, Nybble continued to grow by leaps and bounds, and it was time to rethink her role once again. In the HRBP position, she began to "work much more with leaders and middle management. Not just focused on employee experience, but on all HR processes. This allowed me to always have complete visibility of the area."

At the beginning of this year, 2025, she was offered the leadership of the People department. "I understood that it was time to start taking on a different role within the structure," she reflects. What helped her make the decision was feeling that her own levels of training, knowledge, and dedication were suitable for the new challenge.

"I have a very strong commitment to culture; it's what makes me continue choosing to be a part of it. I share values with Nybble, the vision of where we want to go." "I'm part of that project, and that's why I experience it with this level of commitment, responsibility, energy, and enthusiasm ," he says. "I believe there's a genuine conviction to want to be a company that takes care of its people."

His professional path continues to evolve, but Coty hopes "never to lose the consultant's spark. To understand the needs, the problems, the objectives, and to be part of building what is done to get there."

Thank you so much, Coty, for choosing to be part of Nybble. We're delighted to see your daily commitment and to hear you speak of Nybble with such affection. We're inspired by your human yet strategic approach, and the warmth and ease with which you handle your daily tasks.
